Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping, both domestic and internationally is sent with safe and reliable door to door delivery. International parcels are shipped with FedEx Express.
Kindly note that customers are liable for all import duties & taxes applied to their shipment.
How long will it take to get my order?
We provide safe & reliable door to door shipping anywhere in the world & we insure each package for the total purchase amount.
Please note all our items are custom made and manufactured on order. Please allow 10 to 15 working days lead time for Sterling Silver and Brass pieces and 15 to 20 days for solid gold pieces. Please allow for an additional 2-4 working days for delivery depending on your location. We will deliver to your door as soon as possible.
As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive a tracking number for your parcel.
If your order is more urgent then please email us for alternative shipping options.
Order Status
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your oder has completed and shipped. Please allow 24 hours for the carrier to update their records before you begin to track your order.
How long will it take to make my custom piece?
We want your experience with us to be enjoyable, comfortable and stress-free. From designing, sourcing gemstones or diamonds to the manufacture process, it will take anywhere between 2-4 weeks depending on the intricisy of your design.
How is my order packaged?
Our items are packed in beautiful custom Sun Burst Boutique packaging. Please note that all jewellery pieces within an order are packed in a single box otherwise specified. If you would prefer your order packed in separate boxes, please get in touch with us before your order has been shipped.
